Simple dance steps are incorporated into a routine set to music that may be from a particular country or may tell a story.
Freearm
In a team the children learn a series of movements to music teaching flexibility, rhythm and good technique
Rods
Similar to Free-arm but with the added challenge of the Rod apparatus in their hands.
Song With Action
Here the children get to tell a story with movement and song
Concert Item
After competitions are over, the Tinies usually learn a ‘special dance’ that incorporates lots of different Calisthenics elements with lots of fun … a favorite item for the audience at the concert
