Simple dance steps are incorporated into a routine set to music that may be from a particular country or may tell a story.

Here the children get to tell a story with movement and song

Rods

Similar to Free-arm but with the added challenge of the Rod apparatus in their hands.

Clubs

Probably the most difficult of all items; a graceful use of two club apparatus teaching complex coordination and rhythm

Aesthetics

Modified ballet moves are choreographed to soft and flowing music, students wear long flowing skirts for this item and learn grace, poise and expression of body and face.
