Students build on the skills they have learnt in Aesthetics and now incorporate elevated steps and a theme for a very effective and entertaining item.
Clubs
Probably the most difficult of all items; a graceful use of two club apparatus teaching complex coordination and rhythm
Rods
Similar to Free-arm but with the added challenge of the Rod apparatus in their hands.
Calisthenic Review
An entertaining item that has a theme and incorporates many aspects of Calisthenics

Contemporary dance and Song are combined for this item

In a team the students learn a series of gymnastic like movements to music teaching flexibility, rhythm and strong technique
