Rhythmical Aesthetics
Students build on the skills they have learnt in Aesthetics and now incorporate some elevated steps and sometimes astory line.
Clubs
Probably the most difficult of all items; a graceful use of two club apparatus teaching complex coordination and rhythm
Rods
Similar to Free-arm but with the added challenge of the Rod apparatus in their hands.
Calisthenic Review
An entertaining item that has a theme and incorporates many aspects of Calisthenics

Complex patterns are made as the students march to music.
Song and Dance
Contemporary dance and Song are combined for this item.
Freearm
In a team the students learn a series of gymnastic like movements to music teaching flexibility, rhythm and strong technique.
